As a Procurement Officer at Eram Talent, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, sourcing suppliers, evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of procurement principles to contribute to the success of Eram Talent.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize the sourcing and purchasing process.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms, and establish contracts.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to ensure the selection of reliable and cost-effective suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance and support.
  • Monitor and track supplier performance, resolve any issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement best practices in procurement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
