Sales supervisor required for food and beverage manufacturing company, Qatif ,Saudi Arabia

Diyar Al Ghadeer Company Ltd. Is specialized in food and beverage manufacturing, wants to hire a sales supervisor for the western region who has a good knowledge of the region and its markets.

Work location :

Qatif, Al-Agam industrial area.

Responsibilities :

• Distributing sales territories to sales representatives.
• Distribution of goals according to each region.
• Concluding sales agreements, contracts and deals with customers and agreeing with them to deliver goods.
•  Forecasting sales, developing “outside” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Follow up on achieving goals.
• Track market movement and monitor delegates .
• Communicating with customers through direct visits and strengthening the relationship with them.
• Follow the movement of competitors in the market and the proportions occupied by each product .
• Financial control and customer movement monitoring, as well as inventory control and the cycle of each product.
• Follow up on daily reports from the market, analyze them, and send them to management.
• Adhere to the instructions of officials and also to the company’s sales policy and not violate it .
• Continuously recording product performance and reporting on competitor activities to ensure the full knowledge of the sales and distribution management team.
• Leading, training and developing the work team.
• Follow up on the attendance and departure of the work team.

Qualifications :

• Two years or more experience as a sales supervisor.
• Good command of the English language.
• Good relationships with major customers and other markets (discounts + wholesale + retail).
• Good skills in using Microsoft Office.
• Team leadership skills.
• Tactful in dealing and also good appearance.
