Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and regularly update employee files.
- Monitor attendance, track time records, and manage leave logs.
- Support recruitment processes (CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication).
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing internal training and development programs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team across various functions.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in the HR field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong English language skills (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
- High organizational skills and attention to detail.
