Jobs:
Sales Supervisor:
- Supervising the sales team: Direct and coach the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance to improve performance.
- Develop sales plans: Develop sales plans based on company goals and the real estate market.
- Determine appropriate sales strategies and direct the team to implement them.
- Coordination with other departments:
- Working with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns related to real estate projects.
- Coordinate with the Legal Affairs Department to ensure contracts and operations comply with regulations.
- Customer follow-up: Managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction with the service.
- Follow up on interested customers and motivate them to complete purchases.
- Reporting and performance analysis:
- Provide periodic reports on sales performance to senior management.
- Analyze markets and competition to identify new opportunities.
- Familiarity with laws and regulations:
- Ensure compliance with the off-plan sales system.
Sales Consultant:
- Customer communication: Contacting potential clients and understanding their real estate needs and preferences.
- Providing appropriate real estate offers and solutions to meet customers’ needs.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and maintaining communication with them.
- Real estate market analysis: Keeping up with the latest developments and trends in the local and regional real estate market.
- Analyze data and statistics to understand the factors affecting supply and demand.
- Providing recommendations and guidance to clients based on market analysis.
- Real estate marketing: Preparing and implementing effective marketing plans to showcase properties on a wide scale.
- Using various marketing methods such as advertisements and websites.
- Organizing real estate tours and demonstrating the main features of the properties.
- Continuing Professional Development : Participate in training and professional development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
- Keeping track of changes and developments in real estate laws and legislation.
- Contributing to the activities and initiatives of the company or real estate agency.
- Achieving the target: Working to achieve the monthly target according to the company’s policy
Telephone sales staff:
- Track customer journey
- Arranging customer files
- Communicating with clients and knowing their real estate needs, in terms of commercial activity
- Submit daily and weekly reports on the performance and status of each client and campaign.
- Constant communication with the responsible departments of sales and marketing
Receptionist:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to deal with customers professionally.
- Familiarity with the real estate field and the concept of off-plan sales.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Senior Sales Coordinator.
- Support the sales team / Assist the sales team by preparing documents and presentations.
- Follow up on potential customers and update the status of each customer in the system.
- Scheduling meetings and calls between clients and the sales team.
- Customer database management: entering and updating potential customer data into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Organize customer records, contracts, and agreements to ensure easy access.
- Preparing sales progress reports and analyzing team performance.
- Coordinating between different departments and working with marketing, finance, and legal teams to facilitate sales operations.
- Follow up on contracting procedures and ensure that the required documents are ready.
- Ensuring that customers receive accurate information about real estate projects.
- Follow up on reservations and payments. Ensure that reservations are recorded and initial payments are made in the system.
- Preparing offers and contracts. Preparing price offers and contracts and sending them to clients after management approval.
- Ensure contracts are signed and official copies are delivered to clients. Follow up on any required contract amendments in coordination with the legal department.
