Job Title:

Warehouse Supervisor

Location:

Jazan, Ash-Shaqiq

Job Purpose:

Supervise and manage warehousing and storage activities at the plant, including receiving, storing, and dispatching equipment and supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels, and meeting user requirements in a timely and efficient manner.

Main responsibilities

• People Management: Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a defined area is carried out in an effective manner and consistent with operating procedures and policy.
• Warehouse Management: Plan warehouse design and space requirements to achieve complete warehouse optimization, with planning for future capacity requirements.
• Implement a physical classification system for items to ensure that materials of similar nature are stored in predetermined locations for easy access and improve time and effort in handling materials.
• Continuously evaluate store maintenance to ensure that all storage operations are in place and are conducted in accordance with specific policies and procedures and HSE standards.
• Conduct all storage activities (including receiving, inspecting, storing and issuing materials) to ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, and in accordance with guidelines and procedures.

• Ability to manage hazardous materials
• Good communication skills
