A leading training and recruitment center in Riyadh is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to promote our services to corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with companies and organizations across various sectors.
• Identify client needs for both training and recruitment solutions.
• Propose tailored training programs and staffing solutions to meet client requirements.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts for training and recruitment services.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to expand our client base for both training and recruitment.
• Represent the center at relevant events and conferences.
• Prepare regular reports on performance and results for both training and recruitment activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing training and/or recruitment services.
• Proven track record in dealing with corporate clients and closing deals.
• Experience with recruitment and staffing companies is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
