Jobs:
1- Executive Secretary
Work responsibilities :
- Maintain the CEO’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Receive, screen and redirect phone calls when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (email, letters, parcels, etc.)
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Handling confidential documents to ensure they remain secure
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide bookkeeping assistance
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office and “back office” programs (such as ERP)
- In-depth knowledge of office administration and basic accounting procedures as well as relevant industry technical vocabulary
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
2-Budget and reporting analyst
Responsibilities:
- Design an effective master budget model for the company and analyze financial information to ensure that all operations are within budget.
- Review budget requests for approval.
- Design the reporting package to control the review of monthly financial reporting packages (budget, forecasts, actuals, cash flows, analysis reports) and ensure their consistency with the prepared AOP.
- Conduct variance analysis, determine the causes of these variances, and propose solutions to eliminate variances and mitigate risks. Ensure that all numbers are accurately recorded on the ERP system.
- Establish an accurate, efficient, and easy-to-understand reporting cycle with department managers to meet reporting deadlines.
- Provide annual master budget and monthly reporting packages.
- Developing and updating feasibility studies for investment plans according to management strategies.
- Design and develop special analysis reports and PPT presentations for senior management to assist in the decision making process.
- ERP specifically for operational SAP and experience reporting is mandatory.
- Advanced level skills in MS Excel will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the field of trading and manufacturing fast moving consumer goods is mandatory.
- Protects operations by maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
Work requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. (CMA, ACCA, CPA, CA professional qualifications preferred).
- At least 10 years of experience in an ERP work environment.
- Proven work experience as an FPR and Budget Analyst.
- Excellent experience in accounting software, statistical packages and advanced MS.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
