Head of Employee Relations will be responsible of performing a wide variety of professional human resources responsibilities such as Personnel, Travel Services, Medical Insurance Services and Timekeeping in accordance with the Company policy and general plans of Human Resources department.

  • Expert in HR Law, employee relations, and employee engagement, ensuring productivity, understanding roles, and resolving disputes effectively.
  •  Plans, directs, monitors, and reviews all Employee Relations Division activities like employee welfare, medical insurance, employee discipline, end of service, timekeeping, vacation, travel coordination and approvals.
  • Managing sensitive information effectively and always maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
  •  Ensure that all employees disciplinary and grievances issues are properly handled and provide professional counselling, support.
  •  Continuously recommend effective solution to automate and digitally transform our business units to improve efficiency.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies & processes to enhance end-user productivity & employee experience, as well as to improve the capabilities of existing systems.
  • Design, implement, and support HR systems with the goal of leveraging technology and adopting best practices to improve overall HR efficiency.
  • Advise People team and leaders on a broad range of technology, strategy, and policy.
  • Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.
  • Identify and assess potential HR-related issues, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate these issues and other serves as a link between management and employees by handling HR issues and helping to resolve work-related problems.
  • Supports the development and implementation of the organizational value and ensuring its adaptation.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures related to employee relation division, ensuring alignment with applicable legal laws and industry best practices.
  •  Understand and build awareness of the strategic importance to ensure effective handling of related Employee relations activities such as implementation of personnel policies, timekeeping, travels, medical insurance, etc. as per Company policies and procedures.
