Shade Corporation Ltd. (SHADE) has announced administrative positions for bachelor’s degree holders in Riyadh, Mecca, and Sharqia, according to the following:

Location: Dammam

  • 1 – 5 years of experience in the same role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting programs.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Knowledge of and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Ability to manage large amounts of transactions.
  • Team player with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

Location: Riyadh, Mecca, Abqaiq

  • 2 – 7 years of experience in the same role.
  • High school graduate.
  • Saudi Aramco approval is recommended.
  • Safety certifications, as recommended by: BOSH & MS Office.
  • Safety certifications, as mandatory: NEBOSH, OSHA; AYUSH-TECH; Band aid.
  • Communication skills (reading and writing in English).
  • Comprehensive functional knowledge.
  • Objective orientation.
  • Judgment and decision making.

Location: Dammam

  • 7 years of experience in the same role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organization and communication.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a strong talent acquisition network.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and specialized professional sites such as LinkedIn and Bayt.com.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with setup programs.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and company policies related to onboarding and employee relations
