• 3 mechanical engineers: with at least 7 years of experience
• 5 security and safety engineers: with no less than 7 years of experience
• 1 project manager (civil engineer): with no less than 25 years of experience
• 6 marine works engineers: with no less than 15 years of experience
• 3 civil engineers: with no less than 10 years of experience
• 3 architects: with no less than 7 years of experience
