• Working Location: Riyadh
• Salary Range: 4000-6000sar./per month

Skills

• Handle CCTV/Internet requests from J&T internal staff from all branches in KSA.
• Coordination with different suppliers and internal teams to provide the requested service to branches.
• Daily IT helpdesk for HQ office.
• Support employees with hardware and software problems.
• ICT equipment maintenance Laptops, Printers, Wifi, CCTV etc.
• Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network and IT issues promptly and escalates to 2nd level if required.
• Experience in troubleshooting Windows, MS Outlook, MS Teams etc.
• Handle tasks assigned by IT supervisor/manager like Emails, SIM card handling etc.
• Responsible, proactive, adaptable, flexible and can work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Available 24/7 through internal support platform and on-call Support.
