Jobs :

1. First Airport Services Agent – Jeddah :

Requirements :

• Experience in airport operations and dealing with passengers
• Must have completed relevant and recognized professional training courses in customer services, handling, ground operations, reservations, fares and ticketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in the aviation field is required.
• Knowledge of departure control system and computerized reservation system, knowledge of check-in procedures, and providing customer service.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Please note that in order to be considered for this job opportunity, it is necessary that you have the ability to live and work in Saudi Arabia.

2. Airport Services Supervisor – Jeddah :

Requirements:

• Experience in airport operations and dealing with passengers.
• Must have completed relevant and recognized professional training courses in customer service and ground operations experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in the aviation industry.
• Working knowledge of reservations/fares, ticketing and departure control systems. Knowledge of baggage tracking and claims processing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Email/Excel beneficial.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, spoken and written.
• Advanced skills in providing customer service.

3. Senior Sales Executive – Riyadh :

Requirements:

• Experience in business travel/sales (internal).
• More than 5 years – 12 years of study or equivalent.
• Educated at A level (or equivalent) in a subject related to business, sales and marketing.
• At least two years of experience in the travel or tourism industry working in a sales environment .
• Experience selling products to leisure airlines, tour operators or hotels is advantageous.
• Excellent geographical knowledge.
• A clear understanding of the tourism industry.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of tour drivers would be beneficial.
• Saudi driving license.
