King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals is a Saudi government university located in the city of Dhahran in the Eastern Province. It was officially opened on September 23, 1963 under the name of the College of Petroleum and Minerals. The university is considered the leading institution in science and technology in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is the first Arab university in the number of patents and comes in sixth place among the world’s universities according to the classification of the United States Patent Office. It holds the “Award Gold Medal in 2022 from the Executive Council of the Middle East and North Africa Information Systems Association.

King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals announced the availability of administrative and academic jobs for holders of (diploma, bachelor’s and above) in all specializations (men – women) :

Required jobs:

1- Administrative Assistant :

• The applicant must have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines.
• The applicant must be familiar with all office management systems.
• The applicant must have sufficient experience in this field (not less than two years).
• The applicant must have good knowledge of the English language, spoken and written.
• Excellent knowledge and mastery of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

2- Academic Assistant :

• The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in (all specializations).
• The applicant must have sufficient experience in this field (not less than two years).
• The applicant must have good knowledge of the English language, spoken and written.
• Excellent knowledge and mastery of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

3- Management Associate :

• The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business.
• The applicant does not require prior experience.
• The applicant must have good knowledge of the English language, spoken and written.
• Excellent knowledge and mastery of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
