Key Responsibilities:
– Receive, review, and ensure the proper formatting of technical and administrative documents before distribution or archiving.
– Maintain an updated database of vendors and suppliers.
– Generate regular reports on the status of documents (new, revised, obsolete).
– Issue purchase orders based on approved requisitions and follow up on their timely delivery.
– Track orders and monitor delivery timelines to prevent delays.
Qualifications :
– Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Document Management, or a related field.
– 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
– Good knowledge of document management systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, etc.).
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
