We are looking at AlRashed Tries to hire an Administration Assistant with exceptional administrative and clerical skills. Secretaries are expected to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. (Required Front Office Receptionist)

  • Take dictation and write correspondence.
  • Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
  • Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
  • Answer and screen telephone calls, and respond to emails, messages and other correspondence.
  • Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
  • Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Essential Requirements:
  • English language (essential).
  • Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
